Clickstream Solutions is looking for a part-time Usability & Marketing Research Specialist to join our team. This role blends usability research, digital marketing analysis, and statistical rigor.

Collaborate directly with the Founder on large-scale research projects on our partnership with Kevin Indig, a global thought leader in SEO and growth strategy space. |
Recent collaborations with Indig include What Our AI Mode User Behavior Study Reveals About the Future of Search, How AI Is Disrupting Every Stage of Travel Booking (with Propellic.com, and collaborating with Indig), and The First-Ever UX Study of Google’s AI Overviews: The Data We’ve All Been Waiting For. Together, we also built a RAG-driven AI system that analyzes research findings, transcripts, and sentiment, forming the foundation for the next wave of research you’ll help lead.
Core Responsibilities
• Create and support usability study frameworks
• Collect, clean, and analyze data on client and competitor performance
• Collaborate with the internal team to turn findings into actionable insights
• Draft clear, data-driven research reports.
• Refine study methods to ensure statistical rigor
Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience conducting remote website usability studies with live participants.
• Statistics foundation (significance testing, regression, experimental design)
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, especially earned media
• Hands-on experience with remote usability testing tools
Preferred
• Experience with annotation frameworks or usability coding methods
• Familiarity with AI-driven platforms and digital consumer behavior
Soft Skills
• Exceptionally detail-oriented and analytical
• Clear communicator who can explain data in plain language
Compensation: Commensurate with experience
