Collaborate directly with the Founder on large-scale usability and search behavior research developed in partnership with Kevin Indig, a leading voice in SEO and growth strategy. You’ll help shape studies that examine how real users interact with the most influential platforms and AI-driven search features.
Recent collaborations with Indig include What Our AI Mode User Behavior Study Reveals About the Future of Search, How AI Is Disrupting Every Stage of Travel Booking (with Propellic.com, and collaborating with Indig), and The First-Ever UX Study of Google’s AI Overviews: The Data We’ve All Been Waiting For. We’ve also built a RAG-driven AI system that analyzes user transcripts, behavioral sentiment, and sentiment, forming the foundation for the next wave of research you’ll help lead.
Our focus is uncovering how companies succeed or fail across major 3rd party websites; not tweaking UI elements on client sites.
Core Responsibilities
- Improve study methods to ensure statistical rigor
- Develop and support usability study frameworks
- Collect, clean, and analyze data on client and competitor performance
- Collaborate with the internal team to turn findings into actionable insights
- Draft clear, data-driven research summaries and reports.
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience running remote website usability studies.
- Solid understanding of statistics, including significance testing, regression, and experimental design
- Experience in analyzing digital marketing data
- Hands-on experience with remote usability testing tools

• Experience with annotation frameworks or usability coding methods
• Familiarity with AI-driven platforms and digital consumer behavior
